Aaron Rodgers took his first reps as a Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback at the team’s mandatory minicamp Tuesday. The veteran quarterback’s grip on the ball grabbed the attention of many, with some even comparing it to Cleveland Browns quarterback Kenny Pickett’s.
When a fan uploaded a picture highlighting the difference in hand sizes between Rodgers and Pickett on X, it led to some unusual reactions.

"That’s so wrong," one tweeted.

"Holy man hands," another added.
"Brother move on," a third commented.
Others were in awe of Rodgers' hand size.
"From someone who’s shaken Aaron’s hand, bro’s got a bear paw," one wrote.
"DAMN!! Those are some man sized hands Rodgers has," a user tweeted.
"Sweet baby Jesus," another added.
Pickett was part of the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl-winning team last season, mainly serving as a backup to Jalen Hurts.
This offseason, the Browns acquired Pickett from Philadelphia. He will have to outperform Joe Flacco, as well as rookies Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders, to land the QB1 role in Cleveland.
Meanwhile, Rodgers is set to be the Steelers’ starting quarterback in the 2025 season.
Aaron Rodgers inks one-year contract with Steelers

Aaron Rodgers signed a reported one-year, $13.65 million contract with the Steelers last week. The veteran QB will earn a $10 million signing bonus and could receive up to $19.5 million if he meets all his incentives.
Rodgers was released by the New York Jets in March. However, the Steelers offered him a contract just one day after he became a free agent.
Although Rodgers kept the Steelers waiting for nearly three months, he eventually put pen to paper on his deal before mandatory minicamp.
If Rodgers wins the starting QB role in Pittsburgh, he will face his former team, the Jets, in Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season.
