Tom Brady is a seven-time Super Bowl winner.

Free agent quarterback and seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady knows a thing or two about Super Bowls, as he's a record winner of the competition.

He's won six as a member of the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Ahead of this year's Super Bowl matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, Brady discussed how the Patriots and Bill Belichick would prepare differently for the Super Bowl than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He noted that Belichick would leave a bit open for the second week of practice to not fatigue players and wants players to focus on a sharp mentality too. Brady said via his podcast:

"There's a little bit of a different approach different styles I think Coach Belichick was unique in that. He always wanted to leave a little bit open for the second week of practice because he didn't want the players to get down there and get fatigued at the game plan and be like 'Ohh I got it. It's that whatever. We already practiced this last week.' He wanted mentally everyone to be really sharp. So we didn't install somethings until we actually got to the Super Bowl site."

He added that things were different in Tampa:

"When I was at Tampa, we put everything in, you know the first week, and we had the whole game plan set by the Saturday or Sunday before the Super Bowl. And then we went on practice it and refine it even more, so like every coach has a little different theory and thought process probably you know; it should be a very dynamic thing for probably both teams. Now you should probably adjust as you see fit as the week goes, but it's a good week."

Ahead of Super Bowl LVII, the Eagles opened up as a -2.0 favorite over the Chiefs and are currently -1.5 favorites as on Tuesday (January 31).

Each team finished as the number one seed in their conference with a regular season record of 14-3.

The Chiefs are riding a seven-game win streak, while the Eagles have won three on the trot; they lost a few games when Jalen Hurts was out with an injury. Each team has won a Super Bowl in the last five years and will look to add to that tally.
