Bryce Young has continued to struggle in his sophomore season. The youngster is under tremendous pressure and unable to live up to the expectations. As the quarterback continues to make mistakes, fans believe they have seen enough and are ready to declare Young a bust in the NFL.
The Carolina Panthers posted the worst record in the league last season (2-15) under their rookie QB. This season has started similarly. After being destroyed in their season opener against the New Orleans Saints, the Panthers are looking to get one back in the Week 2 fixture against the Los Angeles Chargers.
However, Young is once again being targeted by the fans. The QB threw multiple interceptions last game. But Young could not withhold the pressure or release the ball in time and got sacked by linebacker Denzel Perryman.

The clip of Young being sacked early in the game started doing the rounds on the internet. Fans wasted no time in slamming Young on X.
“He’s utter dogcrap. Throw it away, stupid,” a fan tweeted.
“Can’t throw the ball away? What a bust,” another fan tweeted.
“He’s so bad dawg,” one fan tweeted.
“Hilarious that anyone thought this bum was going to be any good,” another fan tweeted.
Some fans, however, also called out the ineffectiveness of the Panthers offensive line.
“Get Bryce Young an actual o-line,” one fan tweeted.
“That OL is horrible,” another fan tweeted.
What was the Bryce Young trade?
Several fans called out the Panthers trading for Young at last year’s draft as one of the greatest blunders in the NFL. The Panthers had the ninth pick last year while the Chicago Bears had the first. The Panthers gave away DJ Moore, their No. 1 wide receiver, along with several other picks from last and this years' draft to draft Young.
This tactic left the Panthers depleted of draft capital for two seasons and relying heavily on the talents of Young. That tactic has not panned out yet.
