The Baltimore Ravens acquired Diontae Johnson from the Carolina Panthers and many fantasy managers expected him to have a big role in the offense. Yet, so far that hasn't been the case.
Johnson has been a solid wide receiver in his career as he caught 30 passes for 357 yards and 3 touchdowns with the Panthers, before the trade. But, in two games with Baltimore, he's caught one pass for six yards.

Although Diontae Johnson hasn't had a big role in the Ravens offense, fantasy managers shouldn't drop him just yet.
Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Johnson's workload will ramp up now that he's more familiar with the offense.
Johnson is also playing against his former team the Pittsburgh Steelers which should add some boost to his play.
“He’s been here now for somewhat of a number of practices,” Harbaugh said, via NBC. “I would expect that to ramp up, yes...
"We’ll start working him into the offense as well,” Harbaugh added. “I do see a little bit of a three-headed monster there, potentially. We’ll see where that goes over the next course of games and hopefully that’s something that will start to develop for us.”
If Johnson does get more involved in the offense, it should be a boost for fantasy managers.
However, the Ravens still have Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, and Mark Andrews so there are limited passes that will be going to Johnson.
Diontae Johnson's fantasy outlook for the rest of 2024
Diontae Johnson doesn't have an easy fantasy outlook for the rest of the season.
Johnson and the Ravens play the Pittsburgh Steelers this week. Pittsburgh is allowing 234.44 passing yards per game.
Yahoo Fantasy ranks each matchup and the rest of the season. Johnson only has one green matchup which is a positive one and that's Week 17 against the Houston Texans.
The other six matchups are all grey except for the Chargers which is red. Grey are not favorable matchups but aren't bad either and those games are the Steelers, twice, Giants, and Eagles. The Ravens have a bye week in Week 14.
