Zay Flowers did not fare well the last time he was pitted against a peer in a fantasy matchup, as Rashee Rice defeated him in their Week 1 clash, just as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens. But now he looks to get some redemption against another sophomore in Tank Dell in Week 2.
Will he get it, or will the Houston Texans' slot man send him reeling again? Sportskeeda's Start/Sit Optimizer has the answer:

Is Tank Dell a good fantasy pick in Week 2?

Tank Dell finally returned to the field this past Sunday versus the Indianapolis Colts, and he was decent, catching three passes for 40 yards. Contributing to the team's victory must have been cathartic for him, especially coming off fracturing his leg late last season and then being wounded in a shooting in his home state of Florida.
But he may meet his match in the Chicago Bears, who defeated the similarly-stacked divisional rival Tennessee Titans despite not scoring any offensive touchdowns. Their defense, led by Pro Bowlers Montez Sweat, Terrell Edmunds, Jaylon Johnson and Kevin Byard, has the ability and capability to shut down even the most potent of offenses.
Is Zay Flowers a good fantasy pick in Week 2?

During Baltimore's Week 1 loss, Zay Flowers had six catches for 37 yards. However, he was not his team's top receiver, as backup tight end Isaiah Likely shone the brightest with 111 yards and a touchdown from nine catches. He also had to deal with the Chiefs' secondary, which showed that not even losing L'Jarius Sneed to the Titans would hamper them.
But his next opponents, the Las Vegas Raiders, should be less of a problem. During the offseason, coach Antonio Pierce and General Manager Tom Telesco failed to address their lack of secondary depth, passing on the likes of Patrick Peterson, Stephon Gilmore and Micah Hyde.
Whom should I start between Tank Dell and Zay Flowers?
That lack of secondary depth should help Flowers, as he defeats Dell in the Start/Sit Optimizer:

Maxx Crosby has been carrying the Raiders hard, but even his pass-rushing exploits may not be enough against an offense that is now proving itself to be more versatile than before.
