With fantasy football season underway, decisions about which player to start are going to be tough week in and week out. Finding the best running back is massive for your aspirations, and a trio of them is going to make it harder in Week 2.
Is Tony Pollard a good pick in Week 2?
It's likely that this will be a difficult week for Pollard to be a productive halfback. He'll play against the strong run defense of the New York Jets, and well, Brian Callahan is good, but he ain't Kyle Shanahan. The opportunities for breaking big runs will come few and far between.
Since the Titans' passing game isn't really intimidating, the Jets will crowd the box and make it more difficult to run the ball. As a result, Pollard's production is set to dip in Week 2.

Is Rhamondre Stevenson a good pick in Week 2?
Stevenson is actually a solid RB2 for teams in deeper leagues, as the New England Patriots will base a huge part of their offense around the running back. Jacoby Brissett is not going to attack teams with vertical passes, so running the football is massive for the Patriots.
Stevenson had an excellent first week, but tougher tasks lie ahead. While there are some good expectations about his matchup against the Seahawks, you have to pump the brakes a bit.
Is Brian Robinson Jr a good pick in Week 2?
He's a good option for players who are in PPR leagues, as he's also a viable threat through the air. In fact, he's projected to get 18.2 receiving yards in Week 2.
The Commanders scored two touchdowns through the ground last week, but it was with Jayden Daniels running the football. What's really useful for this team is that they'll be playing the New York Giants, and if they get ahead in the scoreboard, well, running the ball will happen a lot.
Tony Pollard vs Rhamondre Stevenson vs Brian Robinson Jr: Who should I start in fantasy football Week 2?
The projections from our Sportskeeda Start/Sit Optimizer agree that Robinson is the better option for fantasy football in Week 2, and even though he's not a household name in the league, fantasy running backs are different. Keep this in mind as you run through your running back options.
