If you've been stressing over the tight end position in your fantasy leagues, you're not alone. Trust me. The tight end position has been the trickiest to gauge this year with several fantasy studs like Travis Kelce and Mark Andrews failing to deliver the goods through four weeks of football. While there is value to be had in trades, with Week 4 action in the books, it's time to look at the waiver wire and one name to keep an eye on this week is Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft.

Week 5 waiver wire pickups: Tucker Kraft's fantasy outlook in the spotlight

If you thought Luke Musgrave would be TE1 this year, you'd be forgiven. Through four weeks of football, Tucker Kraft has raced ahead of Musgrave as the Packers' TE1.

Kraft had nine targets. He hauled in six of those for 56 yards in the Week 4 loss to Minnesota and despite Jordan Love being a little rusty from his MCL sprain, Kraft had a pretty decent target share. The best part is that the Packers will go up against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5 and the Rams haven't been able to get stops on defense.
If you need more numbers to convince yourself of Kraft's potential as a premier tight end in this Packers offense, here's a major stat: Kraft is tied for most red zone receiving attempts (four) alongside Dontayvion Wicks (another great waiver wire pickup) and the electric playmaker Jayden Reed.
Kraft will have TE1 potential for the rest of the year, especially considering the Packers have to deal with yet another Christian Watson injury in the coming weeks.
At present, Kraft is rostered on 5% of ESPN leagues and 4% of Yahoo leagues. All things considered, Kraft is the best TE on the waiver wire this week.
