Week 7 TNF Bengals vs. Steelers Start 'Em Sit 'Em Picks feat. DK Metcalf, Jaylen Warren, Tee Higgins

Week 7 of the 2025 fantasy football season kicks off with a Thursday Night Football showdown between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals. Both teams feature plenty of potential lineup options, but not all of them should be started. Here are the best ones to target and fade to get this week's slate off to a strong start.

Week 7 starts

The Pittsburgh Steelers made major changes to their offense during the offseason, including bringing in Aaron Rodgers and DK Metcalf. The veteran wide receiver got off to a slow start to the season by finiahsing outside of the top 25 playres in his position in each of his first three games. He has turned things around in a big way recently by finishing as the weekly WR5 and WR9 in his past two games.

Metcalf is an excellent player to target in fantasy football this week amid his recent breakout. He has totaled 221 yards and two touchdowns across his past two game and gets an elite matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, one of the worst defenses in the NFL.

Jaylen Warren is another solid player to target against the Bengals as he has emerged as the Steelers' top running back. He appears to have surpassed Kenneth Gainwell for their featured role and has been consistently productive this year. Warren has finished as the RB25 or better in all four of his starts this season.

Bengals vs Steelers MNF Fantasy Football Week 7 Sit 'Em Picks

Week 7 sits

The Bengals have playing without starting quarterback Joe Burrow, who suffered another injury. Jake Browning was filling in for him before they acquired Joe Flacco via trade last week. Tee Higgins saw a boost to his production in his first game with their new quarterback, but it wasn;t enough for him to end his disappointing season.

Higgins has yet to record a finish among the top 25 weekly wide receivers this season and has totaled just 220 yards. The addition of Flacco, and possible reutrn of Burrow eventually, could potentially lead to better results in the coming weeks, but his concerning lack of production makes him a fade from starting lineups in fantasy football.
