A lot has been said about Aaron Rodgers and it will continue as the NFL approaches the business end of the season. When he made his return from a major Achilles injury, Rodgers hoped that he would suit up in all 17 games and the playoffs. However, the Jets will be mathematically out of the playoffs with another loss.

While Rodgers had said he would still suit up for the rest of the season, Jets fans will have the option of watching him on Netflix more often than they can on the field. The streaming giant is set to release a three-part documentary series on the life of the quarterback. The show, titled "Aaron Rodgers: Enigma" will trail his journey from suffering the Achilles injury that kept him out for a year to making his comeback with the Jets in 2024.

When will Aaron Rodgers' documentary premiere on Netflix?

The show will air on Dec. 17 exclusively on Netflix.

On the "Pat McAfee Show" on Tuesday, Aaron Rodgers talked about what fans can expect from it.

"It chronicles a lot of the rehab," Rodgers said. "It chronicles the trip down to Costa Rica where we did ayahuasca. There's some great backstory stuff from my 18 years in Green Bay. Some interesting interviews. It's pretty wide open, talking about all different types of topics in the episodes.

"It was definitely vulnerable to open up and allow them to be around and to take them to some of these things. I'm excited. I haven't seen the final cuts but I'm thankful for the people I met in the process."

As for his on-field situation, Rodgers discussed on the show that he plans to play all the remaining games of the Jets' season provided he is fit enough.

“We get paid for 17 weeks, not 10, not 11, not five," Rodgers said. "If you’re the starter you want to play all the games. You want to be out there with my guys and battle as long as I feel healthy. Body feels as good as it felt, whether fortunately or unfortunately for the situation.

“I want to battle. I have a lot of pride in playing.”

Rodgers and the Jets suffered a 26-21 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13. They will be back in action on Sunday as they'll face the Miami Dolphins on the road.
