Just over a week ago, the NFL announced several rule changes for the 2023 season. One notable change will see players (except linemen) being allowed to wear the No. 0 jersey.

Soon after the news broke, Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Calvin Ridley announced that he would be the first player in franchise history to don jersey number zero. New York Giants wideout Parris Campbell also confirmed that he will be changing his jersey number to 0 for the 2023 campaign.

Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill joked that Jalen Waddle should wear the jersey No. 0, representing the number of times Waddle has beaten him at Madden.

Hill has already become a fan favorite in Miami and the seven-time Pro Bowler has always been keen to make NFL history. He could do so by becoming the first player to wear the No. 0 jersey for the Dolphins franchise.

#2. Jaylen Waddle

Jaylen Waddle's potential jersey No. 0 was jokingly suggested by his teammate Hill. But it wouldn't be surprising if the 24-year-old ends up the Dolphins' agent zero.

Waddle currently wears number 17. He caught eight touchdowns last season, the most by any Dolphins player, which could give him the first preference to pick his number for the 2023 NFL campaign.

#1. Jalen Ramsey

Jalen Ramsey will be playing for the Miami Dolphins in the 2023 NFL season. The 28-year-old cornerback is a six-time Pro Bowler and has also won Super Bowl 2022 with the Los Angeles Rams.

He finished with 88 tackles, two sacks, four interceptions and 14 passes defended in his final season with the Rams. It's safe to say that Miami fans would be excited to see Ramsey flying around in the team's defense wearing the No. 0 jersey.
