There isn't much information or documentation concerning Jen Vrabel's formative years until she met and married Mike Vrabel. Her popularity only started to grow after the union.

A few years after first meeting in a class at Ohio State University, the pair exchanged vows in 1999 and have been together for more than 20 years.

Over the years, Jen Vrabel has given her husband's career her undivided attention and devotion. She said as much to the Post Gazette in 2002:

"I find myself only watching him, to see where he is, what he's doing, where he's going."

Before Jen graduated, the Pittsburgh Steelers selected Mike Vrabel in the 1997 NFL Draft. Jen used to travel to Pittsburgh to attend home games.

The couple got engaged the following year and decided to settle in Columbus, Ohio. Before relocating to Massachusetts and giving birth to Tyler and Carter not long after, Jen was employed as a dental hygienist.

Jen has long been a passionate supporter of her spouse. She has always supported him and remained fully committed to his professional success through thick and thin.
