The Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers will play the NFL's inaugural game in South America today. The game is scheduled to kick off from Neo Quimica Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, at 8:15 p.m. ET. The primetime game will air exclusively on Peacock.
This historic showdown is also the first Friday Week 1 game since 1970—over 50 years ago.

There won't be any customary prime-time NFL announcers in the booth for the league's inaugural game in Brazil. Play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle and color analyst Todd Blackledge will provide commentary for the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Green Bay Packers game on Friday.

While Blackledge has decades of experience calling college football games (he has been doing so since the 1990s), Eagle, 27, sprang to prominence after announcing Olympic basketball.
Kaylee Hartung will cover the action from the sidelines for the South America encounter.
Green Bay Packers vs Philadelphia Eagles: Injury report
Ahead of their Week 1 matchup with the Green Bay Packers, the Philadelphia Eagles released the condition of their injured players.
The only two Eagles players ruled out of the season opener are cornerback Isaiah Rodgers (hand) and linebacker Devin White (ankle).
Rodgers, who hasn't played an NFL game since the 2022 season, has been ruled out for Week 1 due to a hand injury. As for White, he did not travel with the team to Brazil at all as he's battling an ankle injury.
Three Packers players are deemed questionable for the Friday night game, while one player has been ruled out:
- Defensive End Arron Mosby (Personal Matter): Out
- Running Back Emanuel Wilson (Hip): Questionable
- Tight End Tucker Kraft (Back): Questionable
- Running Back MarShawn Lloyd (Hamstring): Questionable

The Packers and Eagles will face off on Friday, Sept. 6, and kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET.
