Daniel Bryan is a professional wrestler best known for his appearances in WWE. Bryan Danielson was born on May 22, 1981, in Aberdeen, Washington, U.S. His father was a lumberjack and his mother was a therapist. His parents were divorced when he was young. He has referred to his teenage as being antisocial, but he still competed in sports such as American football in high school. He became a fan of professional wrestling in his childhood and wanted to pursue a career in professional wrestling. He began his career as a professional wrestler in 1999.

WWE Debut

Bryan Danielson signed a developmental deal with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) to work in their developmental system. He was assigned to Memphis Championship Wrestling where he was trained by WWF competitor William Regal. After 18 months with the company, he was released from his WWF contract in July 2001.

In 2002, Bryan Danielson wrestled two matches for the newly launched World Wrestling Entertainment and was defeated by both Sean O'Haire and Little Guido in these two encounters. Following his release from the WWE, he went to Japan after to compete in Japan's premier promotion, New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

His feud began when he earned the opportunity to face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at Crown Jewel. Although Daniel Bryan was reluctant to compete at Crown Jewel due to the Saudi Arabia controversy. AJ Styles went on to win the match and retain the title which laid the seeds of Daniel Bryan's rivalry with him.

Daniel Bryan's rivalry with CM Punk was probably one of the most passionate rivalry which WWE had ever seen. The fuel to this feud was the love triangle between AJ Lee, Bryan and CM Punk. Daniel Bryan's WWE Return

Daniel Bryan returned to WWE in August 2009. He made his debut on January 4, 2010 against Chavo Guerrero, in which he emerged victorious. He then went to Florida and received training at the Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), the WWE developmental territory. At the February 11 television tapings of the FCW, Danielson was renamed Daniel Bryan which he had himself chosen a list of ten possible ring names to use in WWE. He was given this name by William Regal.

On June 11, WWE announced that Danielson was fired from WWE stating the reason that Bryan had been too violent, pretending to strangle ring announcer Justin Roberts with his own neck tie. He returned to WWE again as Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam, where he was the surprise seventh member of Team WWE for the seven-on-seven elimination tag team match against The Nexus. He one of the two final members of Team WWE and managed to eliminate two members of The Nexus, but was eliminated by Wade Barrett.
