Pokemon GO trainers can attain 69,360 XP from a single catch during the Ultra Unlock: Better Together event. However, this is no cakewalk and depends on some important factors.

Let's break down the XP first for easier understanding:

Pokemon Caught: 800 XP
First catch of the day: 12,000 XP
Streak Bonus: 48,000 XP
Excellent Throw: 8,000 XP
Curveball: 160 XP
First Throw: 400 XP

These XP values are already 4x boosted because of the Better Together bonus, but other conditions need to be met as well. Firstly, you need to activate a Lucky Egg which will boost your XP further. This is the most important factor, as you will not receive this much XP without it.

Next, you will need a six-day catch streak ongoing to attain this. Owing to this, you will receive a maximum bonus on your seven-day catch streak, which will account for the majority of the XP gained. Out of the 69k total XP, this streak bonus alone accounts for 48,000 XP.

Next, you need to be able to land your curveball throws. Additionally, it needs to be an excellent throw as well. Finally, you need to land your excellent curveball throw on the very first attempt to receive the maximum amount of bonus and receive the full 69,360 XP. While achieving all of this might not be very easy, it is definitely worth a try with the immense XP on offer.
