Pokemon GO Legendary Heroes Timed Research: Sword Path and Shield Path tasks and rewards

Pokemon GO Legendary Heroes Timed Research is now available to trainers for free, with rewards like encounters, XP, and Stardust on offer. Players will have to choose between two branching paths: Sword Path and Shield Path. The choice will also impact other factors in the Legendary Heroes event, like the Collection Challenges and Incense Encounters.
