Apolo Anton Ohno was a former short-track speed skater from the United States. In 2017 and 2019, respectively, he was inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame. He became the youngest skater to win a World Cup title in December 1999, making history. In 2001, he became the first American to win the World Cup overall championship.

Ohno served as a pundit for the 2014 Sochi and 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics on NBC after retiring following the 2010 Olympics.
