Sammie Puisis is an American college basketball player who plays guard for the South Florida Bulls women's basketball team which represents the University of South Florida as of April 9, 2025. Puisis is a draft prospect in the 2025 WNBA Draft which will held on April 14, 2025, at The Shed in New York City. She graduated from William Mason High School in her hometown, Mason, Ohio. Puisis averaged 6.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 2.2 steals per game during her senior season. She led the Greater Miami Conference in scoring with 17.5 points, per game as per her college roster.
In the 2019-20 season, Puisis joined the Florida State Seminoles women's basketball team at Florida State University.
