American professional wrestler Joshua Bruns, better known by his ring name Josh Briggs, performs under the NXT brand for WWE, where he is presently signed. He and Jensen were the NXT UK Tag Team Champions in the WWE. He made an appearance on Evolve before, when he won the title of Evolve Champion.

Briggs and Jensen participated in the Dusty Rhodes Men's Tag Team Classic on the January 18, 2022, episode of NXT. However, they were defeated in the opening round by the Creed Brothers (Brutus and Julius), who went on to win. They participated in and lost a five-team gauntlet match for the vacant NXT Tag Team Championship on the April 12 episode of NXT.
Briggs and Jensen became the first and only non-European tag team to win the 2022 NXT UK Tag Team Championship when they defeated Die Familie (Teoman and Rohan Raja), Mark Andrews and Wild Boar, and Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz in a Fatal 4-Way elimination match on the June 22 episode of NXT UK.
