Steffanie Newell is a Welsh Professional Wrestler, who is currently signed with WWE under the ring name Tegan Nox. She is currently a part of the Raw brand as a part of the 2023 WWE Draft. Newel Started her pro-wrestling career in 2013 at Welsch Wrestling in Wales, United Kingdom. She then had a four year tenure at Attack! Pro Wrestling, where she was a three time Attack! 24/7 Champion and one time Attack! Tag Team Champion. Newell wrestled for Fight Club: Pro, Progress Wrestling, Shimmer Women Athletics, What Culture Pro Wrestling, World Wonder Ring Stardom and other wrestling promotions before signing a contract with WWE.
In April 2017, Newell signed a contract with WWE, but her debut was delayed due to a torn ACL. She made her NXT Debut in a live event by teaming up with Dakota Kai to defeat Reina Gonzalez & Vanessa Borne. She participated in the Mae Young Classic 2018 changing her name to Tegan Nox, but forfeited in the Quarter finals due to Knee injury. Nox’s run in NXT was hindered by a series of injuries. She had a tag team alliance with Dakota Kai, and had NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship pursuits and individually had NXT Women’s Championship pursuits but failed.
Nox was called for her main roster debut in 2021, where she debuted on SmackDown with Shotzi Blackheart. They worked as a tag team for months, but ended in different rosters due to the 2021 draft. Nox moved to Raw, but before her appearance was released from WWE. She regained her contract in 2022 and was on and off from television for a long time. She finally returned to Raw in September 2023 and is actively appearing on the Raw brand.
