Page's career truly skyrocketed with the launch of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2019. He quickly established himself as a top contender, winning both the AEW World Tag Team Championship and then the prestigious AEW World Championship. His relatable everyman character, coupled with his impressive in-ring ability, made him a fan favorite. Adam Page is currently a heel (bad guy) in All Elite Wrestling. For years, Page embodied the quintessential underdog, his relatable everyman persona resonating deeply with fans. However, a series of setbacks in early 2024 began to chip away at his optimistic demeanor. His transformation began in late February with increasing frustration and a more ruthless fighting style.

In February 2024, many considered him to exist in a bit of a grey area, which is a tweener personality. However, Page ditched this persona and turned heel at the AEW Revolution. During a three-way match for the AEW World Championship, Page did everything he could to get back his title and wanted to stop at nothing. He even assaulted the referees in frustration, turning heel for the first time since 2021.

Since his time in AEW, Page began as a face in All Elite Wrestling. He won the AEW World Tag Team Championship alongside Kenny Omega. In August 2020, The Young Bucks kicked him out of The Elite and many considered this to be a heel turn for Page who became a ruthless wrestler for a few months. Nonetheless, this period did not last long and he was back to his heroic persona by January 2021.

In 2021, he first feuded with The Dark Order and then teamed up with them to take on his former friends The Elite. He then sought the AEW World Championship held by his friend Kenny Omega. Page won the AEW Casino Ladder Match and then defeated Adam Page at Full Gear to become the new AEW World Champion. After a great title reign, he lost the title to CM Punk at Double or Nothing 2022. He then re-joined The Elite and has since then tried to get his hands on the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship and the AEW World Championship but failed. Most recently, he has had a highly acclaimed feud against Swerve Strickland, which prompted him to finally turn heel in All Elite Wrestling at AEW Revolution.
