Aminata Sylla, better known by her ring name Queen Aminata, is a Guinean professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). She also performs in AEW's sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). She is known for her time in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) and on the American independent circuit. It was reported in January 2024 that she was signed full-time to AEW.

Besides AEW and ROH, she also appeared for WWE on the 30th April 2019 episode of Smackdown, teaming with Jaylee and facing The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) in a losing effort.

Before joining wrestling, Sylla mentioned that she moved from Guinea to the United States in April 2013. Prior to that, she lived and studied in Paris, France. While in Paris, Sylla concentrated on studying private international law and obtained qualifications to practice law in France.

Queen Aminata's Wrestling Career

On April 7, 2021, she made her All Elite Wrestling (AEW) debut on AEW Dark, teaming with Amber Nova, and lost to Big Swole and Red Velvet. She made her television debut on November 23, 2022, on AEW Rampage, where she lost to Hikaru Shida. At the Holiday Bash on December 20, 2023, she was defeated by Skye Blue. She made her Ring of Honor (ROH) debut on December 23, 2023, and defeated Maya World.

On January 3, 2024, Aminata debuted on AEW Dynamite but lost to newcomer Mariah May. She faced defeats against veteran Hikaru Shida on January 12 and Kris Statlander a week later. During the same week, Fightful reported her signing a full-time contract with AEW. Aminata suffered another loss to former mixed martial artist Thunder Rosa on January 20. However, on February 16, 2024, she secured her first victory in AEW by defeating Anna Jay on AEW Rampage. Following this win, Aminata was officially announced as being signed to the company.

On the February 10, 2024 episode of Ring of Honor, Queen Aminata participated in the inaugural ROH Women's World Television Championship tournament. She defeated J–Rod in the first round to advance. Continuing her winning streak, on the February 24th episode of Ring of Honor, she emerged victorious against Taya Valkyrie in the second round. During the March 16, 2024 tapings of ROH, in the semifinals of the tournament, Queen Aminata defeated Red Velvet to move forward.
