Ruby Soho started her wrestling training in 2010. She made her debut as Heidi Lovelace at Juggalo Championship Wrestling in the United States. She won the Chikara Young Lions Cup in her debut year. She made her first-ever Japanese debut in 2015 at World Wonder Ring Stardom. She was active in Ring of Honor in the year 2015. She officially signed with NXT in 2016. She made a group named "The Riott Squad" in NXT with Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan. However, she failed to win any important titles during her WWE career. After her departure from WWE Ruby signed officially with AEW. She made her AEW debut as a Joker in a Casino Battle Royale match. She won her debut match for which she bagged an opportunity to fight for the AEW Women's World Championship. She lost the chance to the title holder Britt Baker at AEW Grand Slam in 2021. She likewise participated in the Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament. She beat her former opponent Britt Baker in the quarterfinals of the competition.
