It was built in 1937 (recently renovated) and has six bedrooms alongside seven bathrooms.

The property was previously owned by Jonathan Campau, the founder of Luxury International Real Estate, who used it as a vacation home. Vonn's real estate team consisted of Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny of Douglas Elliman's Bill and Bryan Team.
