He was honored with First Team All-American recognition by D1Baseball and Second Team All-American by Baseball America, NCBWA, Perfect Game, and ABCA/Rawlings in 2022, for he displayed his offensive prowess and tied the single-season program home run record with an impressive 26 homers. He was recognized as a Second Team All-American by college Baseball in 2023. He was also a semifinalist for the prestigious Golden Spikes Award along with earning the First Team All-SEC honors.
