When will March Madness Brackets be Available?

The NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament, popularly known as March Madness determines the NCAA basketball men’s tournament champion every year. This tournament always takes place during March - April every year, after the completion of the regular season and postseason.

The 2024 season will be the 85th edition of March Madness. The different collegiate men’s basketball teams are already competing to become the conference champions. Once the champions of different conferences are determined, then the NCAA Basketball Tournament, also known as the March Madness will start. The conference champions and the wildcard entries will be seeded in different regions, who will eventually compete to ascend to the top to become the national champions.

In the final game, the two remaining basketball teams will battle it out and finally, the last remaining team will become the NCAA men’s basketball champion for 2024.

Availability of March Madness Brackets

The brackets for the 2024 March Madness, as per ncaa.com, are already out. The whole event will occur from March 17, 2024 after their Sunday Selection to April 8, 2024 Unfortunately, the teams that will cover this years’ brackets are still not available. Nevertheless, the format of the bracket and tournament is already available on their website.

The format will be the same as is followed every year. The bracket will first include the First Four. This will involve the team divided into four regions who will compete to win the regional finals. Once the first four regional winners are determined, they will then proceed to the Final Four, or the national semifinals. From these semifinals, the two winners will advance to the finals.

Finally, the national championship game will be played on April 8, 2024 and the champion for the year will be determined.

What are the teams that proceeded to the Final Fours from March Madness 2023?

San Diego State Aztecs, Florida Atlantic Owls, UConn Huskies and Miami Hurricanes were the four teams that advanced from the brackets and played in the Final Fours. From there, the UConn Huskies and the San Diego State Aztecs advanced to the finals. Ultimately, the UConn Huskies overcame the San Diego State Aztecs to become the NCAA champions for the fifth time in 2023.
