KL Rahul continued his superb form in the tournament and scored a handy 32 runs off 26 balls and added 55 runs for the first wicket with Chris Gayle, before being dismissed by a Rashid Khan's beauty in the 8th over of Punjab's chase.

Chris Gayle- 5/10

Gayle struggled with his timing despite hitting two huge sixes and scored 23 runs off 22 balls before being dismissed by youngster Basil Thampi in the 9th over of Punjab's chase.

Mayank Agarwal- 2/10

The Karnataka batsman once again failed to convert his start, and fell playing a poor shot off the bowling of Shakib Al Hasan, for 12 runs. He also did not have a good day in the field as he was one among the three Kings XI Punjab fielders to drop the catches of Manish Pandey.

Karun Nair- 4/10

Just like his fellow state mate Mayank Agarwal, Karun Nair did not have a good match as he was trapped leg before the wicket to Rashid Khan's googly for just 13 runs.

Aaron Finch- 1/10

Aaron Finch's poor IPL season with the bat continued, as he threw away his wicket for just 8 runs in the 15th over of Kings XI Punjab's chase.

Manoj Tiwary- 1/10

Manoj Tiwary, who replaced an out of form Yuvraj Singh, did not have a good match as he scored just one run and also dropped the catch of Yusuf Pathan.

Ravichandran Ashwin- 3/10

The Kings XI Punjab skipper did not have a good match either as he failed to pick up a wicket from his 4 overs and also scored only 4 runs with the bat.

Andrew Tye- 4/10

The Australian fast bowler was economical with ball and finished with bowling figures of 4-0-28-0. In the field, Tye dropped a simple catch of Manish Pandey.

Barinder Sran- 1/10

Barinder Sran did not have a good match as he was expensive with the ball and conceded 27 runs from his 3 overs.

Ankit Rajpoot - 10/10

The Uttar Pradesh pacer had a superb match as he bowled an excellent spell of 4-0-14-5, which are the best figures by an uncapped bowler in the IPL history and also the best bowling figures in IPL 2018 so far.

Mujeeb Ur Rahman- 9/10

The 17-year-old youngster from Afghanistan was hit on the eye while going for a catch during the early part of the match, but came back strongly to bowl an economical spell of 4-0-17-1. He gave a big scare to Sunrisers Hyderabad when he scored unbeaten 10 runs off just 5 balls, to bring the equation down to 15 runs off the last over.

Barinder Sran - 2/10

The Rajasthan seamer failed to replicate his good performance with the ball from his previous match against Sunrisers Hyderabad and leaked 20 runs in his 2 overs.

Ankit Rajpoot - 4/10

The fast bowler from was expensive with the ball and conceded 46 runs from his 4 overs but managed to pick up two important wickets of RCB skipper Virat Kohli and Mandeep Singh.

Mujeeb Ur Rahman- 1/10

The South African spinners was taken to cleaners by his fellow countryman AB de Villers in his starting 2 overs, but recovered to dismiss his tormentor and Corey Anderson to bring CSK back in the game and finished with a bowling spell of 4-0-35-2.
