#3 Sachin Tendulkar (2010)

<p>

None of the record-list is complete without the Master Blaster's name on it. Sachin Tendulkar was the first man to win both, the Orange Cap, as well as the 'Most Valuable Player' award in the history of IPL. He pulled it off in the third edition where Mumbai Indians ended up as runners-up, falling short of Chennai Super Kings in the finals.

The God of cricket scored 618 runs striking at 132.61 runs per 100 balls including five fifties.

Exhibiting his class, Sachin scored only three sixes and 86 fours in the season, that turned out to be quite astonishing.
