IPL 2022: [Watch] RCB unveil their new jersey ahead of the new season

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have unveiled their new jersey ahead of the upcoming IPL 2022 season. The side made just a few changes to their jersey from last season. The Bangalore franchise stuck with red and black as their primary colors but changed the design around the chest area.

RCB gave their enthusiastic fans a peek at their latest jersey by sharing a video on their official Instagram handle. They captioned the post:

"New season. New threads. 🔥Time to #PlayBold while looking #Bold. 👊🏻#RCBUnbox #UnboxTheBold #ForOur12thMan."

Earlier in the day, RCB had also announced that former South African skipper Faf du Plessis would lead the side in IPL 2022. It will be Du Plessis' first season with the Bangalore franchise. He previously represented Chennai Super Kings and Rising Pune Supergiant teams in the IPL.

RCB's IPL 2022 campaign begins on March 27

The Royal Challengers find themselves in Group B along with Chennai Super Kings, Punjab Kings, Gujarat Titans, and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the league stage of IPL 2022.

The Bangalore side will begin their IPL 2022 campaign with a clash against the Punjab Kings on March 27 at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
