New Delhi, March 11 (IANS): Spin legend Shane Warne, on Tuesday, congratulated former Australian teammate Shane Watson for being chosen the new captain of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchisee Rajasthan Royals.

The 32-year-old all-rounder was named the captain on Monday.
“Congrats to Watto on becoming Captain of the Royals, good luck to you & the boys in #IPL 7,” tweeted Warne.
Warne also shared a photograph along with the tweet, where both he and Watson were wearing Royals jerseys.

Warne had led the Jaipur-based outfit to the IPL title in its inaugural edition in 2008.
