With her exceptional abilities, she ended the season ninth on the money list, guaranteeing her LPGA Tour membership in 2017. In 2018, she won the Swinging Skirts LPGA Taiwan Championship in Taoyuan, earning her first LPGA Tour championship. This victory made history, as she and her sister, Jessica Korda, became the third sibling pairing to win the LPGA Tour championship.

On August 5, she became the second woman from the United States to win gold in the Olympics. She won the championship at the Summer Olympics in Japan in 2021. With her fantastic field presence and abilities, she became the first American to hold four times wins in the LPGA Tour.

Nelly Korda’s Caddie

Jason McDede is Nelly Korda's caddy. She met him through Jessica Korda's old caddy, Kyle. She appointed McDede as her caddy around the conclusion of her first year. Despite having diverse on-course personas, the combination remains great.

Jason McDede was born on October 8, 1988, in Florida. He has two siblings and lives with his parents. McDede obtained his high school certificate and graduated from Palm Bay High School in 2003. After a year off, McDede was accepted to the PGA of America in 2004. He received a degree in Business Administration and Management in 2008.

Six months after finishing his degree in March, McDede began working at TPC Potomac's Avenel Farm. He was employed as an assistant golf professional for two years. He departed that position in June 2010 and went on to become head golf professional at Dick's Sporting Goods that same year. He worked for eleven months before leaving in 2011.

Around this time, he began caddying for Vicky Hurst on the PGA Tour. He caddied for Hurst during the 2013 US Open. McDede handled Anna Nordqvist's bag on the LPGA Tour, and she also worked for Haru Nomura at the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic in 2016.

In 2023, McDede took paternity leave, and Joe LaCava took his position. Korda did not get along with LaCava as well as she did with Mcdede.

What is the net worth of Jason McDede?

Jason McDede's estimated net worth is $1.4 million. Since the start of the 2018 LPGA Tour season, McDede has been carrying Korda's bag. He has helped her win five LPGA and LET Tour victories.
