In 2015, he again returned to the Web.com Tour scoring a second win on the circuit as the Brazil Champions. He also placed fourth in the regular season money list, earning a PGA Tour card for the next season.

In 2015, Mlanti won his first PGA Tour event in the Sanderson Farms Championship against William McGrath and David Toms.
