New GTA 6 leak spills potential story mode details, including the first mission

The term “GTA 6 leaks” has been circulating around the internet for the past couple of days, and for good reason. Recently, an X account, @GameRoll, shared many potential details about the upcoming Grand Theft Auto title, including the possibility of the game's world housing more than 700 stores. Interestingly enough, another leaker has now come forward with potential information about the title’s story mode.

On June 9, 2025, the leaker @Mvbrr posted a thread on X, sharing potential details of Grand Theft Auto 6's story mode. They also briefly described the supposed opening mission of the game. Read on to learn more about the latest GTA 6 leak.

In the next post on the thread, the leaker reiterated something had been revealed in a previous GTA 6 leak: there will likely be five chapters in the story mode. In the same post, the leaker described a supposed in-game scene where Jason would get attacked in a hospital (as translated by Google):

“The game is made up of chapters, apparently 5 chapters. Jason is attacked in a hospital by a gang which ends with a funny ending. Scene of Lucia and Jason's son in story flashbacks. Mission openings are different depending on the character's choice.”

Lastly, the third post of the GTA 6 leak thread shared potential information about the first mission of the game. According to the leaker, the story will supposedly kick off with Jason and some Russians chasing a drug-smuggling plane (as translated by Google):

“The opening mission has Jason following a drug smuggling plane with Russians who give him the mission. Cops betraying each other, someone infiltrating the team? Lucia is betrayed by a group of bodybuilders after carrying out a robbery at the airport.”
