To get the Huntsman Auto Rifle in The Division 2, you must first encounter eight different Hunters in eight corners of the Brooklyn map. These Hunters spawn only if you follow certain puzzles. While one of the rewards you get from them is Masks, the other includes an Ash Key.
Collecting eight of these Ash Keys and then using them to open a special briefcase within the Bridge Settlement will drop the Huntsman Auto Rifle, alongside the Hunter of Hunters universal weapon skin.
