What can we expect from the Rust Twitch Rivals Base Invaders event

As we stated above, the Base Invaders event is all about getting eliminations and raiding opponents. Featuring the community's favorite streamers, this event employs an elimination and a point-based system to track all the raiding and PvP that occurs across the entire server.

The event is divided into three distinct phases:

  • Build Phase: In this phase, all protections are hosted server-wide. Players and structures cannot be damaged, and all teams devise the best possible blueprint structure for a base that can withstand the incoming online raids. Players loot for materials and weapons, and simultaneously build up their bases as strong as possible.
  • Attack Phase: In this phase, the PvP mode is enabled. Players can now fight against each other, and each elimination secures them a point. This is where teams stack up to secure as many kills as possible in the game.
  • Raid Phase: This is the most crucial phase as both player and structure damage is now enabled. Players get their boom ready and head out to raid other players' bases. If a team gets successfully raided and their main Tool Cupboard is destroyed, they are eliminated from the event. The last team standing wins the game.

The point distribution for the event is as follows:

  • Elimination: 1 Point
  • Securing Bradley Crates: 3 Points each
  • Securing Patrol Helicopter Crates: 3 Points each
  • Destroying a team's Tool Cupboard: 40 Points
