Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb was cleared to play in the Week 12 game on Sunday. This came after being listed as DNP at one point in the middle of the week due to shoulder and back issues ahead of the game against the Washington Commanders.

Lamb, who had 67 receptions for 774 yards and four touchdowns going into the game, added 67 receiving yards from 10 receptions in the 34-26 win over Washington.

As the Cowboys started getting ready for their Thanksgiving Day game against the New York Giants on Thursday, Lamb was once again included on the team's injury report on Monday. The team listed him as a limited participant to start the week, even though they only held a walkthrough.

It's unlikely that the star wide receiver will handle his normal reps in practice this week since the Cowboys have a short week and he played through an injury a few days ago. However, he's still expected to take the field on Thursday.

The veteran has 24 receptions for 181 yards and zero touchdowns on 34 targets in the three games he has played with Cooper Rush at quarterback. He is still a vital component of Dallas' offense, and the team probably wouldn't want to put him through more work than necessary before another crucial matchup with the Giants.

Lamb's game status for Week 13 will be disclosed by the Cowboys on Wednesday's practice report.

CeeDee Lamb injury update: What happened to the Cowboys WR?

CeeDee Lamb reportedly sustained the injury during a practice, two days before the Dallas Cowboys' Week 11 Monday Night Football game against the Houston Texans.

After practice that day, he appeared on the team's injury report and was classified as questionable for the game. The fifth-year wide receiver did, however, play and had a strong game, hauling in eight catches for 93 yards on 12 targets.

He received another questionable tag for the Week 12 matchup against the Washington Commanders. Yet he played through the ailment once more. He became just the second receiver in NFL history to surpass 70 catches in each of their first five campaigns in the league with his ten receptions in that game.

If he plays on Thursday, when the Dallas Cowboys are scheduled to meet the New York Giants, the star will be looking to add to his season total of 841 yards and four touchdowns on 77 catches.
