Deion Sanders settles down in Colorado with luxurious $3.97M mountain-side mansion

Deion Sanders was hired as the new Colorado Buffaloes head coach last December to turn around its football program. Now, Sanders has officially taken residence in Colorado with a new home. The home was on the market for $3.97 million but it remains unknown how much the Buffaloes' head coach paid for the Rocky Mountain paradise.

The mansion sits atop Boulder County’s premier Meadow Green Farm neighborhood in Longmont, Colorado, measuring 6,457 square feet. The exclusive community was created with outdoor recreation in mind and is located on a 40-acre private lake, where people can fish, swim and sail.

Deion Sanders’ four-bedroom estate was built in 2016 and resides on about 2.5 acres. The grounds are dotted with beautiful gardens and 50 fruit trees, including apples, cherries, pears and figs. A round driveway leads to the main home, encompassed by flourishing landscaping.

An exposed-beam ceiling and dark wood floors give the massive living room and dining area a welcoming level of sophistication The large kitchen boasts high-end gadgets and a huge central island with a stone countertop and seating area.

The bright primary suite includes an open-stone wall, a fireplace, a wall of windows and a secluded terrace with amazing views of Long’s Peak. The gigantic bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub and twin vanities.

There’s a state-of-the-art media room at the bottom level of the mansion. Other luxurious highlights include savant whole-house automation, plus geothermal heating and cooling. There are also sweeping windows all over the home that surround the space with natural light.

While the former two-sport star has found residence in Colorado, he had to give up his nice home in Canton, Mississippi.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer listed his lavish farmhouse on the market for $1.5 million. A potential buyer searching for a home can live where the two-time Super Bowl winner once resided.
