Jason Kelce is one of the NFL's best centers and a key part of the Philadelphia Eagles team which currently sits at 12 - 1. The four-time All-Pro center is looking to return to the Super Bowl for the second time in his career. The first time was back in the 2017 - 2018 season with Nick Foles at quarterback. Speaking of Foles, Kelce mentioned the former Eagles quarterback in a recent episode of the "New Heights" podcast.

The Eagles center was asked by his co-host and brother Travis Kelce if he would rename the Super Bowl MVP award. Jason decided to give it a new NSFW name. Here's what he said:

"I'm going with none other than the third leg, tricky Nick Foles, the Super Bowl MVP. I think he's sponsored by Peloton. Peloton Super Bowl MVP Trophy is now called the Nick Foles Trophy. The trophy itself is just long and cylindrical. Big Nick Energy. Big Nick Foles baby. You're the Super Bowl MVP and you get a big old trophy of that. I'm hanging that one up."

Foles started in Super Bowl 52 for the Eagles as they faced Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. In the game, Foles threw for 373 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception in the Eagles' 41 - 33 victory over the Patriots. Foles took home the Pete Rozelle Award as the Super Bowl MVP.

Does Jason Kelce have a point about renaming the award after Foles?

Jason Kelce joked about renaming the Super Bowl MVP after his former teammate Nick Foles. However, a point could be made that it wouldn't be the worst name change ever. All things considered, Foles was a part of one of the most memorable plays in Super Bowl history: the Philly Special.

In the second quarter, Foles ran towards the right side of the end zone as tight end Trey Burton threw the ball his way. Foles caught it for a touchdown and the play lives on forever in Philadelphia. The former Arizona Wildcats quarterback spent five seasons with the Eagles (2012 - 2014, 2017 - 2018).

One can only hope that Jason Kelce gets his wish and we see that Nick Foles MVP award trophy on display.
