Aiyuk also logged full practice sessions this week and remained away from the injury report. As the WR2 on the depth chart, he is expected to play a critical role for the 49ers on Thursday night.

This season, Aiyuk has played in every game for San Francisco. In five appearances, he has recorded 314 yards on 21 receptions, but he has yet to score a touchdown.

Aiyuk signed a blockbuster, four-year contract extension with the 49ers worth a reported $120 million just before the 2024 season began. He is yet to show signs that he has warranted the big money deal.

Brandon Aiyuk recorded the best game of his season in Week 5 with 147 yards on eight receptions against the Cardinals. Although San Francisco lost to Arizona, Aiyuk's performance gave the team hope that he can continue to post big numbers.
