In Week 1, Josh Allen scored two rushing touchdowns, but it wouldn't be surprising if the Bills rely heavily on Cook tonight. In four games against the Dolphins so far in his career, Cook has rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown on 31 carries. He has also had 10 receptions for 106 yards and a touchdown.

The Dolphins also won in Week 1 as they overcame a 17-point deficit against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Dolphins' defense didn't give up a single point in the second half of the game, and it will be intriguing to see how the Bills' offense will perform against them.

Cook rushed for 1,122 yards, and two touchdowns on 237 carries last season. With Diggs and Davis no longer on the team, Allen and Cook have to lead from the front and set the platform for their teammates. The Bills still have Dalton Kincaid, Keon Coleman, Curtis Samuels, and Dawson Knox, all of whom could have a big game tonight.

The Dolphins are the favorites to win tonight's game but Tua Tagovailoa is 1-6 against the Bills in his career. As a result, Allen and co. are more than capable of pulling off an upset.
