Josh Downs took part in full practice with the Colts on Thursday, for the second day in a row. This is great news for fantasy managers who want to pick the wideout in Week 3.

The Colts will have their final practice session of the week on Friday before Downs gets his final status for Sunday's matchup against the Bears. However, it appears there's a good chance that he will suit up for Week 3 and make his season debut.

Downs missed Indy's two games this season with a high-ankle sprain. He suffered the injury in training camp on August 7. The Colts will now hope to call on the wideout for their Week 3 game against the Bears at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday. Indianapolis is yet to win a game this season and Downs' availability for its next game could be a big boost for the team to end its drought.

The Colts drafted Downs in the third round in 2023. In his rookie year, the receiver featured in all 17 regular season games, posting 771 yards on 68 receptions, and caught two touchdowns.
