After failing to cash in in the red zone and missing a field goal attempt, the Falcons found the end zone with a Bijan Robinson's two-yard run. Younghoe Koo redeemed himself and completed the extra point.
The Chargers would cut the lead with Cameron Dicker's 45-yard field goal at 1:39 in the first quarter before he added three more points at 11:08 in the second quarter.

After Justin Herbert failed to connect with Questin Johnston in the red zone, Cameron Dicker entered the game again and gave the Chargers the 9-7 lead with a 34-yard kick.
Younghoe Koo gave the Falcons the 10-9 lead with a 41-yard field goal at 7:23 in the third quarter. Tarheeb Still completed the second interception of the game, this time going all the way to the end zone. Justin Herbert completed the 2-point conversion with a pass to Joshua Palmer.
Koe would respond with a 25-yard field goal to cut the lead to 17-13 ahead of the fourth quarter. After both Chargers and Falcons failed to score in most of the fourth quarter, Kirk Cousins had the chance to lead a game-winning drive, but he was intercepted by Derwin James to secure the 17-13 win for the Los Angeles team.
