The Los Angeles Rams and the Denver Broncos' battle at SoFi Stadium on Sunday wasn't much of a contest during the game, but there was some fighting on the field after it.

Following the 51-14 loss, things got chirpy during the post-game handshakes on the field between Broncos pass rusher Randy Gregory and Rams guard Oday Aboushi. The duo was seen jawing at each other while the players on both sides were shaking hands.

Aboushi shared a handshake and a warm embrace with Broncos' Eric Tomlinson before Gregory threw a punch at the Rams guard. He responded by throwing a jab at the Broncos' pass rusher, prompting players on both sides to rush to the scene. Watch the incident below:

The post-game fight wasn't the only time things got heated during the Broncos' game against the Rams.

Late in the third quarter, Russell Wilson was sacked for the umpteenth time in the game, frustrating backup quarterback Brett Rypien. He went over to speak with the Broncos' offensive linemen, and guard Dalton Risner wasn't pleased about the quarterback calling them out and shoved him away. Wider receiver Montrell Washington pulled Rypien away while the lineman held Risner back.

Late in the fourth quarter, with the game already lost, the Broncos sent in Rypien for a relief appearance. He led them to the Rams' 23-yard line before throwing a pick-six to Cobie Durant.

It wasn't a pleasant trip to California for the Broncos. They were wrecked on the field by Baker Mayfield, who attempted 28 passes and completed 24 for 230 yards and two touchdowns. On the flip side, Russell Wilson completed less than 60% of his pass attempts and threw three interceptions in the 51-14 defeat.

The loss and the fights made it a sour affair for the Broncos, who will head back to Denver hoping to get this nightmare campaign over with as soon as possible.
