Alabama quarterback Bryce Young is expected to go number one in the 2023 NFL draft at the end of next month.
The Heisman-winning quarterback had a remarkable career at the University of Alabama. He has accounted for 87 total touchdowns and became the first quarterback to win the Heisman Trophy in school history.
While he's pinned to go number one overall, one flaw is his body size. He's listed as 5 feet and 10 inches tall, and 190 lbs, which isn't the ideal NFL quarterback size.
NFL journalist Mina Kimes posted a picture of herself standing next to a Bryce Young cutout at the combine, showing that she isn't much shorter than him.

According to Kimes, she's nearly 5'7", and she's wearing heels in the picture.
This would still suggest that Young is around the 5'10" mark.
Young responded to reporters asking him questions about his height and weight during his NFL Combine news conference. He spoke confidently, saying he's always been that size and knows what he can do.
"I've been this size, respectfully, my whole life. I know who I am. I know what I can do."

Despite his size, Bryce Young is the most talented quarterback prospect in the draft and is expected to go number one overall.
Young led Alabama to a 23-4 record while throwing for 8,356 yards, 80 touchdowns, 12 interceptions, and winning the Heisman Trophy.
Even Colts owner Jim Irsay has publicly expressed his team's interest in Young. The Colts are one of the many teams interested in trading up with the Bears for the number one overall pick.
