A few days have gone by since the start of free agency and one of the best free agents available is Bobby Wagner.

Wagner joined the Seattle Seahawks last off-season, signing a five-year $65 million deal. After just one season with the team, he was a surprise cut as the Rams looked to rebuild and get younger.

As Wagner nears the end of his career, many believe he will sign with the Seahawks. Wagner tweeted last night that God is amazing, with his profile picture of two dice with the numbers five and four. 54 is the number he wore in Seattle, and fans are taking his cryptic Tweet as a hint that he might return there.

Bobby Wagner was the Seattle Seahawks' second-round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

He has made eight straight Pro Bowls since 2014-2021 and has been named to nine All-Pro teams.

He recorded a career-high six sacks last season while adding 140 tackles, five pass deflections, and two interceptions while being named a second-team All-Pro at age 32.

Linebacker Jordyn Brooks tore his ACL this past February and his status for the 2023 season is up in the air. Signing Wagner would make sense from that standpoint, and if he wants to retire as a Seahawks, he'll have the opportunity to.

Last season, the Seahawks finished the regular season 9-8 while making the playoffs. They have a chance at competing in the NFC this year and adding Wagner would help their chances even more.
