Dez Bryant has a rather complicated relationship with Micah Parsons, with the two having had a banter this past January over the need for a "culture shift" within the Dallas Cowboys organization. Nearly five months later, the two are once again exchanging words.

On Monday, the former three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver took to X (formerly Twitter) to post a video of himself catching a pass inside the Ford Center, the Cowboys' practice facility. In it, he can be heard daring the four-time Pro Bowl edge rusher to come practice with him:

“Hey Micah, I’m out here. I know you ain’t nowhere to be found. I know y’all are into camp… I’m just letting you know, I’m out here.”

"This play look familiar… just let me know whenever you want it"

Parsons was present during mandatory minicamp last week, even though contract negotiations between him and Jerry Jones have largely stalled. Explaining why he showed up, he said he wanted to repay new head coach Brian Schottenheimer's trust in him:

"Schotty's showed up to my event, and Schotty's been around to try and build relationships. So I feel like we're at the point where if he asks her for me to come in for the leadership aspect, and to be around the guys, and show face, that's something I wanna do for my coach."

Meanwhile, the former offensive coordinator praised his "bro" for "handling things the right way" and expressed his hope for a positive resolution of the matter:

"This thing is going to get worked out… We're building something special and you're going to be a huge part of it."

Dez Bryant poses with Cowboys rookie running back Jaydon Blue in new photo

These days, Dez Bryant seldom poses with current players, whether they be with the Dallas Cowboys or on other teams. However, Monday was an exception, as rookie running back Jaydon Blue took to Instagram Stories to post an image of them together:

Blue is among the new additions to a revamped offense that also includes wide receiver George Pickens, who was acquired in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Executive vice president Stephen Jones had praised the Texas alum as the ground game's badly-needed "juice" last month (at 00:25 in the video below):

Like Blue, Dez Bryant is also from Texas, although he played for Oklahoma State in college.
