“He turned his back on two Hall of Fame Alpha Male QBs” – Donald Trump’s ‘favorite author’ claims to know why Antonio Brown is in trouble again

Former NFL receiver Antonio Brown was in the headlines again for all the wrong reasons. Nick Adams, an author endorsed by Donald Trump, has given his thoughts on why.

A warrant was issued for his arrest after an incident at that involved his ex-partner. According to reports, the receiver threw a shoe at her and even threatened to shoot her. There could be many explanations for as to what happened, but Nick Adams has come out with a particularly bizarre one.

He believes that as Brown turned his back on two "alpha male" quarterbacks, it is no surprise that he is in trouble again. Yes, that's right. Adams linked Antonio Brown's fallout with Ben Roethlisberger and Tom Brady to this misdemeanor at his ex-partner's house. Here's what Adams tweeted:

"Antonio Brown is a troubled young man who turned his back on two Hall of Fame Alpha Male QBs in Ben Roethlisberger and Tom Brady. It's no coincidence that he's facing another arrest warrant."

It is no secret that since his rather unsavory exit from the Pittsburgh Steelers all those years ago paved the way for his troubled time in the league. However, it seems doubtful that social hierarchies, or the loss of an "alpha male" guardian figure, is the root cause of any of his current problems.

Antonio Brown is never too far from the headlines

Despite the receiver's incredible talent, nothing ever seemed to be enough for him. The world was at his feet in Pittsburgh, as at the time, he was regarded by many as the best receiver in football. But after his exit from the Steelers, Brown was never the same again.

The 34-year-old had a troubled stint with the Las Vegas Raiders, which ended quickly due to several issues. He the found his way to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in 2019 where he played just one game before another off-field issue saw him cut.

In 2020, he then found himself again on a Brady-led team in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. At first, Brown seemed like a model citizen as he played eight regular-season games, three playoff games and won the Super Bowl in Brady's first year with the team.

Many thought Brown had turned a corner with his behavior. He didn't. A fake vaccine card fiasco then followed in 2021 and we all know about his infamous walk-out against the New York Jets. We haven't seen him on the field since.

Given his history of incidents, it is likely we never will and that is a shame for a player who has such incredible talent.
