Ex-Raiders DE Isaac Rochell's wife Allison Kuch praises Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes for improving NFL Community

Taylor Swift has been praised often for being a great influence on the NFL. Celebrities like her and Brittany Mahomes that have helped create a safe and healthy environment community between partners of NFL stars, and ex-Raiders defensive end Isaac Rochell's wife Allison Kuch recently praised Swift and Brittany for the same.

On Friday, Kuch sat in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE. During the interview, Kuch talked about the positive narrative that Swift and Mahomes have set in the NFL community.

"I think women in and around sports are being uplifted more now, and we have so many incredible women to thank for that. I mean, Taylor Swift, Simone Biles, Brittany Mahomes — these women are doing amazing things beyond just being a ‘wife.’"

"The narrative is moving in a much more positive direction, away from the old stereotype of, ‘Oh, you married him for his money'. I hope I’ve played a part in changing that as well," Kuch further added.

Kuch's husband Rochell also joined her for the interview and talked about receiving criticism for sharing personal life on social media. Rochell explained the importance of drawing lines, especially for NFL athletes.

"You have to draw lines. You see social media creators all the time hit these walls in their content creation where they've expressed that they want to take a step back because they've shared too much or people have been too negative with them because they've shared too much.”

Rochell praised Travis Kelce's efforts to enjoy a life outside of football

Going ahead in the interview, Rochell talked about Travis Kelce's blooming romance with Swift. Rochell said how it feels 'really refreshing' to see Kelce take out time for Swift and do things that he loves outside of the sport.

"The Chiefs are undefeated right now, and Travis Kelce just had his best game of the season. Fans criticize me all the time for doing things outside of football, but then you see Travis, very present in pop culture, flying to New York during his bye week, being a great boyfriend, and still having an incredible football season with the best team in the NFL. It’s really refreshing to see."

Kuch is a huge Swift fan. In fact, during the Super Bowl, her husband trolled her for being more interested in the Blank Space singer than the big game.
