Famous TikToker believes Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's divorce was a well-planned PR spectacle

There's no shortage of theories and assumptions when it comes down to Tom Brady and his now ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen. Since the two have been the NFL's power couple for over a decade, their divorce has been a highly discussed topic this season. With the pair keeping the divorce as private as possible, onlookers have presented their own theories thus far.

While some hint wildly at infidelity, others hold Brady's career and priorities at fault. Bundchen and Brady have revealed that their divorce was amicable, and they will continue to co-parent their children.

However, some outlying theories are more extreme than others. Based on assumptions made by a TikTok user, Brady and Bundchen's divorce was strategically planned. The whole ordeal is also connected to the trending FTX scandal, where the crypto-currency lost millions.

According to the user 'culturework', the couple came up with a strategy to protect their wealth and properties after FTX crashed. Both were linked to the company, and could have looked to prevent the same due to the decline of the company.

Furthermore, they also linked Brady's Bahamas trip to the FTX issue. While they rightfully stated that this was indeed an assumption on their part, they did put forth their theory. They believe Brady's absence from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp was partly due to him visiting FTX's headquarters.

As per some other reports, lawyers have put aside the idea of an FTX-related divorce for Tom Brady and Gisele. News site Nicki Swift spoke to two renowned Rigden Law LLC attorneys. Here's what they thought:

"In divorce cases, the parties generally have to disclose all of their assets and liabilities, and will have an agreement outlining who receives which assets and who is responsible for which liabilities. Divorce wouldn't be a good way to hide anything."

"Simply getting divorced would also not necessarily shield one or both of the parties from liability against third parties. Since Tom and Giselle were both named as Defendants in the suit, their divorce should not matter much in terms of any possible recovery for the Plaintiffs."

Despite what reports say, both Tom Brady and Bundchen may lose millions collectively. The QB was roped in as their brand ambassador, while Gisele was hired as the environmental and social initiatives adviser.

That being said, the value of their loss cannot be gaged as the details of their deal weren't public. It will be interesting to see if more details are released in the coming months.
