Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson is well-known for his generosity. Since his days of playing in the National Football League, the former wide receiver has displayed his kindness by leaving large sum tips. He has said in the past that he feels the need to take care of the person who served him, no matter the amount of the bill.
His most recent act of generosity came on Saturday morning while he was in Knoxville, Tennessee. Johnson and his daughter Cha'iel, were in town to watch the Tennessee Volunteers take on the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday evening.
Johnson visited an IHOP restaurant for breakfast and his bill came to just $14.29 but he left a generous $1,000 tip for the server. As he does every time, he tweeted a photo of the IHOP receipt to show how much money he gave the server. He also captioned the Tweet, "Proverbs 11:25" and titled it "Knox Edition".
Johnson then wrote on the receipt that it was his first time visiting Knoxville and that he was headed for the game that night. He added that he didn't know the words to the iconic "Rocky Top" song and drew a sad face next to it. As he does every time he leaves a big tip, he added "I Love You" at the bottom of the receipt.
Who is Cha'iel Johnson?
Attending the Kentucky v. Tennessee game wasn't the only reason that the former NFL wide receiver and his daughter were in Knoxville, Tennessee this weekend. He was with his 17 year old daughter Cha'iel who was taking an official visit with the University of Tennessee.
Cha'iel is a talented track and field athlete who is eager to run at the collegiate level. Attending the game was apparently just an added bonus to the already planned trip for the father and daughter. As he posted on Twitter last week.
She currently runs track and field at St. Thomas Aquinas in Miami, Florida, where she is a senior. Cha'iel Johnson has won the Florida state title in the 800 meter race the last two seasons. She has also run the 200 meter and 400 meter races regularly as well.
She also won the gold medal at the AAU Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships for three consecutive seasons from 2015-2015. She is the favorite to repeat as the State Champion in the 800 meter race in her final high season as well.
