Heading into the matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills, many claimed a key in-game battle would be between Stefon Diggs and Jaire Alexander.

Alexander knew that as well, as the cornerback was spotted speaking to the wide receiver as both players came onto the field. It was a quick exchange and the Green Bay star spun around while jogging past him in the tunnel.

Alexander was asked what the exchange was about after the game and he revealed that he was talking trash to Diggs. Here's what he said, according to a video clip posted by Matt Parrino on Twitter:

“I told him he couldn’t mess with me and he a little boy so that's all that was. Just being honest, you feel me? That's all I can do.”

Stefon Diggs ended up catching six passes for 108 yards and a touchdown, while Josh Allen threw for two touchdowns, two interceptions, and 218 yards. He also completed 13 of 25 passes.

This meant Diggs caught about half of Allen's passes, earned about half of the yards and also had half of his touchdown passes.

That said, Jaire Alexander caught one of the Buffalo Bills quarterback's two interceptions. The other was caught by Rasul Douglas, who also had the defense's lone sack.

The Bills took a 24-7 lead at the half and held on for the rest of the contest, though the team scored just one field goal in the second half. Meanwhile, the Packers scored 10 points, narrowing the final margin of defeat to 27-17.

They fell to 3-5 on the season while their opponents improved to 6-1.
